Terms and Conditions

LAST UPDATED:

This is a courtesy translation. In case of discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails. These terms apply to the use of the Carga Art website. By consulting the site or sending a request for a quote, you accept them. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

These terms concern the site and the request for a quote made through it. The conditions of each transport operation — price, deadline, liability and insurance — are those agreed in writing with Carga Art for that operation.

WHAT THIS SITE IS FOR

This site exists to:

  • To present Carga Art’s transport and logistics services.

  • To receive requests for quotes and for information.

  • To provide the company’s contact details.

  • Nothing on this site constitutes, in itself, a contractual offer.

USE OF THE SITE

  • You undertake to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to interfere with its operation.

  • The details you send in the form must be true and must be yours, or those of whoever you represent.

  • Using the form for automated submissions, unsolicited advertising or any form of abuse is prohibited.

REQUESTS FOR QUOTES

A request sent through this site is a request for information, not a booking. We reply with a proposal once we have studied the cargo, the origin, the destination and the applicable procedures. Times and amounts are confirmed case by case, in writing, before the operation goes ahead.

SITE CONTENT

The texts, images and design of this site belong to Carga Art or are used with permission. They may not be copied or reused without written authorisation.

PUBLISHED INFORMATION

Carga Art aims to keep the information on this site correct and up to date, but may correct or update it at any time without prior notice.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

The site may contain links to third-party pages, for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not answerable for their content.

AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the site available and working, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Carga Art is not liable for losses arising from merely consulting this site or from being unable to consult it. Liability for each transport operation is the one set out in the contract for that operation and in the law.

APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by Angolan law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These terms may change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.

If you continue to use the site after a change, you accept the new version.
